LGP Group definition

LGP Group means LGP and its Affiliates and all investment funds advised by any of the foregoing (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt their portfolio companies or other operating companies affiliated with LGP).

Examples of LGP Group in a sentence

  • A majority of the Directors then in office and the attendance of at least four (4) Directors shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any meeting; provided that at least one (1) such Director shall be an LGP Director and at least one (1) such Director shall be a CVC Director (until such time as the LGP Group or the CVC Group, as applicable, is no longer entitled to designate any Directors).

  • Each LGP Director may cast all the votes entitled to be cast by the LGP Group on any matter voted on by the Board.

  • DBS Group means DBS Bank Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches and related companies.

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

  • Affiliated Group means any affiliated group within the meaning of Section 1504(a) of the Code or any similar group defined under a similar provision of state, local or foreign law.

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates;

  • Retained Group means the Seller, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings from time to time, any holding company of the Seller and all other subsidiaries or subsidiary undertakings of any such holding company (except members of the Group);

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.9.

  • Sponsor Group means the Sponsors and the Sponsor Related Parties.

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • User Group means (a) you; (b) any entity or individual that Stripe reasonably determines is associated with you; and (c) each of your and their Affiliates; that has entered into an agreement with Stripe (or an Affiliate of Stripe) under which Stripe or its Affiliate provides services.

  • Related Group For Loan Group 1, Group 1 and for Loan Group 2, Group 2.

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
