Licence Package definition

Licence Package means the scope of the Licence granted to the Client for the use of the Service specified in the Order Form, including the permitted number of Users (and Instances where applicable) for Clients who licence the Service on the basis of a Named User Licence Model, the permitted number of Instances for Clients who licence the Service based on a Per Instance Licence Model and/or the permitted number of Transactions for Clients who access the Service on a Transactional Model.
Licence Package means the package for the licence of the Box by the Client, as set out in the Booking Confirmation and referred to in clause 7;
Licence Package means the scope of the Licence granted to the Client for the use of the Service specified in Schedule A, including the applicable number of Permitted Users and any limitations pursuant to the Agreement

Examples of Licence Package in a sentence

  • This may or may not include the identity of your organisation, depending on your Licence Package.

  • You must not download, copy, or access the data and contents made available by the Software to an extent that exceed the Usage Capacity for your Licence Package.

  • If any Testing Activity takes place prior to GBG being notified, then any such usage will contribute towards the Licence Package agreed.

  • Should the Client exceed, or consider that it is likely to exceed, the limitations in the Licence Package, then the Client shall inform GBG straight away.

  • On receipt of GBG’s reasonable request and annually prior to the commencement of any Renewal Period or on the anniversary of the Contract Start Date, the Client shall provide GBG with a fully completed licence declaration confirming that its use of the Service does not exceed the limitations set out in the Licence Package.

  • The Club also reserves the right to charge the Client a deposit in respect of the Licence Package (the amount of such deposit required shall be as set out in the Booking Confirmation).

  • If the Licence and the Licence Package is cancelled in such circumstances, the Club is entitled to retain any deposit paid to cover the Club’s administration costs arising from such cancellation and the Client will be liable to the Club for any unpaid amounts and for any loss suffered by the Club as a result of the Client’s default.

  • In the event of default by the Client, the Club may cancel the Licence and the Licence Package.
