Licensed Business Customer Information definition

Licensed Business Customer Information means the names, addresses, phone and fax numbers, email addresses and other personal information of owners, customers or potential owners or customers (including all Members and their family members), mailing lists, “lead” lists, contact lists, or similar lists or databases, and related data, in each case in whatever form and to the extent such information (i) was in Licensee’s possession as of the date of the Spin-Off Transaction, (ii) obtained by Licensee in connection with the Licensed Business on or after the date of the Spin-Off Transaction (including directly or indirectly obtained from Licensor or its Affiliates, by or through the Brand Loyalty Program, or as a result of Licensee’s acquisition of Vistana Signature Experiences, Inc.), or (iii) any Modified Third-Party List.

Examples of Licensed Business Customer Information in a sentence

  • Licensee and its Affiliates shall not be permitted or required to cross-check any Customer Information or customer list of any of Licensee’s or its Affiliates’ other businesses with the Licensed Business Customer Information.

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • User Information means User Compliance Information and User Financial Information.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.

  • Customer's Confidential Information means all Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel, and suppliers of the Customer, including all IPRs, together with all information derived from any of the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential") or which ought reasonably be considered to be confidential;

  • Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.

  • Patient Information means information (however recorded) which—

  • Customer Confidential Information means any information or compilation of information, not generally known, which is provided to the Employer by its customers or potential customers, is proprietary to the customer or potential customer and relates to the customer’s or potential customer’s existing or reasonably foreseeable business. Information provided to the Employer by a customer or potential customer shall be treated as Customer Confidential Information.

  • Billing information means any data that enables any person to access a customer’s or donor’s account, such as a credit card, checking, savings, share or similar account, utility bill, mort- gage loan account, or debit card.

  • Cardholder Information means any non-public, sensitive information about a Cardholder, including any combination of Cardholder name plus the Cardholder’s social security number, driver’s license or other identification number or credit or debit card number, or other bank account number.

  • Licensed Information means any information concerning the Licensed Program, which is owned by the Licensor and is licensed to the Licensee together with the Licensed Program. Licensed Information includes such information as input form, user manual, interface format and input/output format and is delivered to and used by the Licensee as confidential information or proprietary property of the Licensor.

  • Business Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a).

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Seller Information As defined in Subsection 34.04(a).

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.
