Licensed Firmware definition

Licensed Firmware means Supplier microcode which forms an integral part of a Product that is made available by Supplier to Sun under this Agreement,, including (a) any diagnostics, set-up configuration software and device drivers included in such microcode; and (b) Updates and Upgrades that are made available by Supplier to Sun under this Agreement.
Licensed Firmware means the object code version of the computer programs incorporated, embedded, or otherwise provided by Seller for use in connection with the Hardware.
Licensed Firmware means all or a portion of the Licensed Firmware Source Code is owned by Inertial Solutions, including any modifications, improvements and re-releases provided by Inertial Solutions to the User.

Licensed Firmware means Infortrend firmware which forms an integral part of a Product, including: (a) any diagnostics, set-up configuration software and device drivers included in such microcode; and (b) any Updates and Upgrades to such firmware that are made available by Infortrend to Dot Hill under this Agreement.
Licensed Firmware means the object code version of the computer programs incorporated, embedded, or otherwise provided by Seller for use in connection with the hardware and other equipment provided as part of the Integrated System or any of its Products. “Documentation” means user manuals for the Products on the date the applicable Product is delivered; and any other materials in any form, that Seller customarily provides to end users of the Products. Documentation includes, without limitation, all of the published specifications for the Products on the date that of delivery. Seller hereby grants to Buyer and its affiliates and subsidiaries, a non-exclusive, perpetual, sublicensable, worldwide license to:

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
