Licensed Node definition

Licensed Node means an instance of the Software running on a server, including a physical server, server blade, virtual machine, software container, or cloud server.
Licensed Node means the next Primary Process Node (also known as the 1Y Node) to be Internally Qualified by Micron after the 1X Node.
Licensed Node means the next Primary Process Node to be Internally Qualified by Micron after the Effective Date (also known as the 100 Series Process Node), such Process Node configured for an average half pitch of approximately twenty (20) nanometers (nm).

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.
