Developer shall develop and maintain the Licensed Game in material conformity with the Game Design Document and in accordance with first-class professional standards in the games business for the Licensed Platforms.
Developer shall develop and maintain each Licensed Game in material conformity with the Game Design Documents provided to Fig at the time a License Game is added to this Agreement, and in accordance with industry standards in the games business for the Licensed Platforms.
Upon the completion of the Licensed Game on each of the Licensed Platforms, Developer shall deliver the Licensed Game in executable Object Code format for each of the Licensed Platforms to Fig in a form mutually agreed to (the “Delivered Game”).
Licensee may disclose the Confidential Information only to (1) its employees who have a need to know, or (2) its customers of Licensed Platforms.
