Licensed Research Product definition

Licensed Research Product means a Licensed Product that is synthesized for and intended for research use only in preclinical studies and IND enabling studies in vitro and in vivo in mammals, other than humans.
Licensed Research Product means a Clinical Research Product that employs Bayer, OSI and/or Bayer/OSI Technology in its manufacture, use or sale.
Licensed Research Product means any commercial product containing one or more Research Compounds as active ingredients, including without limitation such product that also contains one or more Derivative Compounds as active ingredients in combination with such Research Compounds.

  • Licensed Know-How means any and all unpatented and/or non-patentable technical data, documents, materials, samples and other information and know‐how that is Controlled by LICENSOR or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or thereafter during the Term that relates to, or is otherwise reasonably necessary or reasonably useful for, the use, Development, manufacture, or Commercialization of the Product. Licensed Know-How shall not include Licensed Patents.
