Licensee Web Sites definition

Licensee Web Sites has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5.
Licensee Web Sites means: (i) the _____________ web site (the "Primary HealthCompass Web Site"); (ii) any web sites co-branded with the Primary HealthCompass Web Site (each such web site a "Co-Branded HealthCompass Web Site"); and (iii) any web sites of institutional clients of Licensee into which Licensee has, in the capacity of a content supplier, licensed access to HealthCompass and/or any HMI Engaging Applications under a private label strategy (each such web site a "Privately Labeled HealthCompass Web Site").

Examples of Licensee Web Sites in a sentence

  • Licensee will have the right to create and maintain web sites which are designed for the purpose of promoting one or more of the Channels and that are created and maintained in accordance with the Operating Agreement (the "Licensee Web Sites").

  • The materials included on the Licensee Web Sites will comply with all restrictions set forth in this Agreement, including but not limited to Section 4.2, 4.4 and 5.3 hereof.

  • Subject to the other provisions of this Part II.2, Licensee agrees to place a HealthMagic logo (in the form of the Compass Man Design at least 100x70 pixels in size) on all pages on the Licensee Web Sites containing HealthMagic Content.

  • Licensee agrees that the Licensee Web Sites, as well as Licensee's use of the Licensee Web Sites and HealthCompass, and Licensee's use of Licensee Sourced End-User Data, shall be subject to the HMI promulgated security policies set forth in EXHIBIT C and the relevant security requirements established in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.

Related to Licensee Web Sites

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.
