Examples: Small restaurant (excluding wet area), doctor/dental offices, nursing home common areas, lounge (excluding service area), interior entryways, elevators, office conference rooms, hospitality rooms, vending areas, art galleries, banks, bookstores, boutiques, office waiting area, gift shops, hotel rooms, jewelry stores, professional offices, photography studios, styling salons, rented or leased dwelling places.

Light Commercial use means vehicles that are titled in a business name and driven by a single individual who has an insurable interest in the vehicle. The activities in which that vehicle may be used for include route work, job site activities, service or repair work, delivery of goods and services and outside sales activities. This includes towing as long as the vehicle is equipped with a factory installed tow package, and the vehicle does not exceed the published limitations of that towing package. To obtain this coverage a surcharge will apply.

Light Commercial use. Refers to vehicles that are used for delivery, route work, service or repair work not involving regular multiple drivers, weight or towing in excess of the manufacturer’s recommendations. Related to Light Commercial use

  • Commercial Use means the use to which the material can commercially be put.

  • Non-Commercial Use means any use or activity where a fee is not charged and the purpose is not the sale of a good or service, and the use or activity is not intended to produce a profit.
