Landscape Use definition

Landscape Use means the application of water to Lawns and associated Landscape surrounding homes, commercial or industrial buildings, government or other non-commercial buildings, parks, recreational areas, Cemeteries, non-play areas of Golf Courses, public and private right-of-ways and medians but excluding Athletic Play Areas.
Landscape Use. During outdoor events, all persons must remain on pathways, driveways, or lawns. Vendors and guests are not allowed to walk through flowerbeds or roped off areas. We ask that you be respectful and assure that there is no damage to flowers or landscape. We reserve the right to assess a charge for damages to the landscape- including the replacement of flowers and plants if necessary. Food and Beverage: Vendors are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages provided by our staff during the time of the event. You are more than welcome to enjoy non-alcoholic refreshments from the bar. Once the guests have all been served their meal, a member of the staff will bring yours out to you. Please feel free to enjoy your meal in a quick and timely manner. Indemnification: The use of our facility is at your own risk. SkyView Golf Club is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, personal injury or damages to your personal property while at our facility. Additionally, you must indemnify us against any negative comments by you or your staff posted anywhere electronically about SkyView Golf Club.

  • Landscape means an area, as perceived by people, whose character is the result of the action and interaction of natural and/or human factors;

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Pavement means any type of improved surface that is within the public right-of-way and that is paved or otherwise constructed with bituminous, concrete, aggregate, or gravel.

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Landscape architect means a person who holds a license to practice landscape architecture in the state of California Business and Professions Code, Section 5615.

  • Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.

  • Parking Structure means a Building, or any part thereof, principally used for the parking of motor vehicles;

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • drainage work means any construction or reconstruction of or any alteration or addition to, or any work done in connection with a drainage installation but shall not include any work undertaken solely for purposes of repair or maintenance;

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Walkway means a paved or unpaved trail or pathway or a structure constructed of wood or other material that is neces- sary due to the difficulty of the terrain for access to the river.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Lobby means a covered space in which all the adjoining rooms open;

  • Amenities are those areas specifically set forth in the Rules and Regulations for the Community.

  • Parking Facility means a parking area or structure having

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.
