Line Rate definition

Line Rate means the rate of connection between the ONT/NTE and the equipment located at the KCOM Exchange;
Line Rate the rate of connection between the Customer Equipment and the DSLAM located at the local exchange;

Examples of Line Rate in a sentence

  • All Swing Line Loans shall bear interest at the Swing Line Rate and shall not be entitled to be converted into Loans that bear interest at any other rate.

  • Each Swing Line Loan shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof, for each day from and including the day such Swing Line Loan is made to but excluding the date it is paid, at a rate per annum equal to the Swing Line Rate for such day.

  • Swing Line Loans shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof from the applicable Borrowing Date at a rate per annum equal to the Swing Line Rate.

  • The Swing Line Loans shall be made by the Swing Line Lender, at the option of the Borrower, either at the Alternate Base Rate or at the Alternate Swing Line Rate.

  • If the above additional listing does not readily identify the Customer, it shall be necessary to include a line of information stating “same as” or “see” and a reference to the name contained in the main listing at the Extra Listing Line Rate.

  • Each Swing Line Loan shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof, for each day from and including date such Advance is made to but excluding the date it becomes due or is prepaid, at a rate per annum equal to the Swing Line Rate for such day.

  • Each Specified Borrower hereby further agrees to pay interest on the unpaid principal amount of all Swing Line Loans made to such Specified Borrower from time to time outstanding from the date thereof until payment in full thereof at the Swing Line Rate for the Currency of such Swing Line Loan, payable on the last Business Day of each calendar month on which such Swing Line Loans are outstanding.


More Definitions of Line Rate

Line Rate means the speed of data transmission over a telecommunications circuit or network. "Major change": expansion that significantly alters the capacity and functionality of the service.
Line Rate means, for any date, a rate per annum equal to (i) the LIBOR Market Index Rate for such day plus (ii) the Applicable Margin for the Eurodollar Rate.
Line Rate means a portion or all of the costs (including all costs necessary and incidental thereto) of placing underground that part of an underground wiring project located in the street or right-of-way, not being part of the service connection to private property; and

Related to Line Rate

  • Swing Line Rate means an interest rate per annum offered by the Swing Line Lender with respect to the Swing Line Loans, as determined in its sole discretion, but in any event not in excess of the rate applicable to Base Rate Loans at the time of determination.

  • Swingline Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate as offered by the Administrative Agent and accepted by the Borrower. The Borrower is under no obligation to accept this rate and the Administrative Agent is under no obligation to provide it.

  • Base Rate means a fluctuating interest rate per annum in effect from time to time, which rate per annum shall at all times be equal to the highest of:

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • Prime Rate Margin is one-half of one percent (0.50%).”

  • Applicable Margin means, with respect to Advances of any Type at any time, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time with respect to Advances of such Type as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • EURIBOR Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate”.

  • LIBOR Base Rate means, for each Interest Period, the London interbank offered rate for six-month deposits in Dollars for value the first day of such Interest Period (or, in the case of the initial Interest Period, for value the Interest Payment Date occurring on or next preceding the first day of such Interest Period), as reasonably determined by the Bank and expressed as a percentage per annum.

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

  • Base Rate Margin has the meaning set forth in the definition of Applicable Margin.

  • FX Rate means the “noon exchange rate” as reported by the Bank of Canada on any relevant date or if applicable, the rate calculated by the Calculation Agent, between the Canadian dollar and the foreign currencies into which some Reference Shares are denominated, expressed as the amount of Canadian dollars per one unit of foreign currency.

  • Canadian Base Rate means at any time, the greater of (a) the Canadian Prime Rate and (b) except during any period of time during which a notice delivered to Centuri under Section 5.8 shall remain in effect, the annual rate of interest equal to the sum of (i) the CDOR Rate for an Interest Period of one month at such time plus (ii) one percent (1%) per annum; each change in the Canadian Base Rate shall take effect simultaneously with the corresponding change or changes in the Canadian Prime Rate or the CDOR Rate, as applicable.

  • U.S. Base Rate means, for any day, the rate of interest per annum equal to the greater of (a) the interest rate per annum publicly announced from time to time by the Administrative Agent as its reference rate in effect on such day at its principal office in Toronto for determining interest rates applicable to commercial loans denominated in U.S. Dollars in Canada (each change in such reference rate being effective from and including the date such change is publicly announced as being effective) and (b) the Federal Funds Effective Rate in effect on such day plus 1/2 of 1%.

  • Wage Rate refers to an Employee’s hourly rate of pay reflected by the pay grade of her position and her step within that grade, as set out in the Wage Rate grid in Appendix II.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Agent by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the Reserve Percentage.

  • Applicable Prime Rate Margin shall have the meaning provided in section 2.7(g).

  • LIBOR Rate Margin has the meaning set forth in the definition of Applicable Margin.

  • Index Rate means, for any day, a floating rate equal to the higher of (i) the rate publicly quoted from time to time by The Wall Street Journal as the "base rate on corporate loans posted by at least 75% of the nation's 30 largest banks" (or, if The Wall Street Journal ceases quoting a base rate of the type described, the highest per annum rate of interest published by the Federal Reserve Board in Federal Reserve statistical release H.15 (519) entitled "Selected Interest Rates" as the Bank prime loan rate or its equivalent), and (ii) the Federal Funds Rate plus 50 basis points per annum. Each change in any interest rate provided for in the Agreement based upon the Index Rate shall take effect at the time of such change in the Index Rate.

  • Exposure rate means the exposure per unit of time, such as roentgen per minute and milliroentgen per hour.

  • Eurodollar Rate Margin means the margin over the Eurodollar Rate used in determining the rate of interest of Eurodollar Rate Loans pursuant to subsection 2.2A.

  • Lease Rate means for each 20[__]-[__] Lease, the rent charge portion of each Monthly Payment, calculated on a constant yield basis at an imputed interest rate.

  • LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, the rate appearing on Page 3750 of the Telerate Service (or on any successor or substitute page of such Service, or any successor to or substitute for such Service, providing rate quotations comparable to those currently provided on such page of such Service, as determined by the Administrative Agent from time to time for purposes of providing quotations of interest rates applicable to dollar deposits in the London interbank market) at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period, as the rate for dollar deposits with a maturity comparable to such Interest Period. In the event that such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the "LIBO Rate" with respect to such Eurodollar Borrowing for such Interest Period shall be the rate at which dollar deposits of $5,000,000 and for a maturity comparable to such Interest Period are offered by the principal London office of the Administrative Agent in immediately available funds in the London interbank market at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period.

  • LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for a period equal to such Interest Period, which appears on the LIBOR01 Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on the day two (2) Business Days before the commencement of such Interest Period.

  • Applicable Reference Rate means, collectively or individually, Term SOFR, Daily Compounded XXXXX, XXXXX or the EURIBOR Rate.

  • Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin means the per annum interest rate from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).
