Liquid Funds definition

Liquid Funds means, in respect of the relevant period, the aggregate of cash in hand held by members of the Group with banks or other financial institutions of at least investment grade rating which is free of any Security Interest;
Liquid Funds means, at any time, cash at bank and credited to an account in the name of any member of the Group and to which the Guarantor is solely (or together with other members of the Group) beneficially entitled and for so long as such cash has not been blocked due to the existence and/or enforcement of any Security Interest held by any bank or any other third party or otherwise unless such cash is held in such account charged, as the case may be, by way of a floating charge for the purposes of meeting minimum liquidity requirements in the context of any financing arrangement of the Group.

Liquid Funds means, in respect of the relevant period, the aggregate of:
Liquid Funds means, as at the date of calculation or, as the case may be, for any accounting period, the aggregate of cash in hand held by the Guarantor and its subsidiaries with banks or other financial institutions of at least investment grade rating which is at the free and unrestricted disposal of the Guarantor and/or any of its subsidiaries, which is the holder thereof.
Liquid Funds means, measured at the end of an Accounting Period: (a) cash in hand or held with banks or other financial institutions of the Borrower and/or any other Security Party in Dollars or another currency freely convertible into Dollars, which is free of any security interest (other than a permitted security interest and other than ordinary bankers' liens which have not been enforced or become capable of being enforced); or (b) any other short-term financial investments which is free of any Security Interest (other than a permitted security interest), as stated in the then most recent accounting information delivered to the Administrative Agent hereunder;
