Liquidating Committee definition

Liquidating Committee means three individuals, one of whom shall be designated by RRF and two of whom shall be chosen by the members of the Committee other than RRF and the Senior Notes Trustee.
Liquidating Committee means the Persons selected to fill the role of the supervisory committee of the Liquidating Trust under the terms of this Plan and the Liquidating Trust Agreement.
Liquidating Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2 hereof.

More Definitions of Liquidating Committee

Liquidating Committee means the Liquidating Committee referred to in Section 4.4(a) hereof.
Liquidating Committee means a committee consisting of 3 individuals designated by the Pre-Petition Agent and 2 individuals designated by the Committee, and any duly designated successors to such individuals.
