Secretarial Services. Department secretaries shall be available to faculty members in that department for assistance with University business. Requests for secretarial assistance shall be brought to the attention of the Department Chairperson who shall determine priorities.

Secretarial Services. Secretarial services (as available) shall be provided for carrying out the provisions of this Agreement, as long as such work shall not interfere with or disrupt regular activities.
