Local contact person definition

Local contact person means an individual who is personally available by telephone on a twenty- four (24) hour basis and who maintains the ability to be onsite within sixty (60) minutes and who has access and authority to assume management of the short-term rental. An agent or professional property management company that meets the availability requirements can serve as the local contact person.
Local contact person means the person designated on the short-term rental permit who shall be available 24-hours a day, seven days a week for the purpose of responding in- person to the short-term rental site within 30 minutes of receiving a complaint regarding the condition, operation, or conduct of guests and is authorized by the owner to take remedial action and who responds to violations.
Local contact person means the local person assigned by the Owner or operator of a Short-Term Rental who will be at the premises within 1 hour of contact and who will ensure the premises are operated in accordance with the provisions of this By-law and the conditions of the licence;

Local contact person means a Person designated by an Owner or an Agent, who, if designated to act as such, shall be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week for the purpose of: (i) being able to physically respond within one (1) hour of notification of a complaint regarding the condition, operation or conduct of Occupants of the Dwelling, and (ii) taking remedial action necessary to resolve any such complaints. A Local Contact Person may be the Owner or an Agent.
Local contact person and/or “emergency Contact” means a Nevada licensed property manager, owner, or local individual, who resides or has a primary place of business located within Douglas County or the jurisdictional boundaries of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, who is available to respond to tenant and neighborhood questions or concerns, or any agent of the owner authorized by owner to take remedial action and respond to any violation of this ordinance, 24 hours a day. “Local” also means that the response time to the VHR from the local contact person’s residence is not more than thirty (30) minutes from the time the complaint is received by them. Owner, local contact and property managers are required to attend VHR Compliance Education Certification Program for owners and managers.
