CONDUCT OF GUESTS. Lessee has a duty to supervise and control the conduct of Lessee’s family, guests, invitees, employees, and agents. Violation by the Lessee, his/her family, invitees, guests, employees, and agents of any of the terms of this lease shall be deemed as a violation by Lessee and shall give the Lessor the right to terminate the tenancy and commence eviction proceedings as provided for by law.

CONDUCT OF GUESTS. Disorderly conduct of any kind is prohibited. Violators will be ejected from the building and grounds. The RENTER is responsible for the conduct of all guests. Should the Building Hall Monitors and/or Yeadon Police Department determine the event has become an uncontrolled event, they have the authority to close the building and require the RENTER and guests to vacate the premises.
CONDUCT OF GUESTS. Licensee acknowledges that Cedarcroft Club is in a residential neighborhood with nearby homes. Licensee shall be responsible for the conduct of all agents, employees, attendees and invitees with respect to noise, access to neighboring properties and littering.

CONDUCT OF GUESTS. 23.1 Te Papa may require any persons to leave an Event or may terminate an Event if, in Te Papa’s opinion, any such persons or sufficient numbers of such persons are intoxicated or behaving in a manner which: (a) impedes or adversely affects the enjoyment of other persons in the Building or puts those other persons at risk; (b) has caused loss or damage or increases the risk of loss or damage to the Building or any property; (c) breaches any of these Conditions or any legislation or regulation; or (d) is likely to do any of these things, in all respects at Te Papa’s absolute discretion and without liability by Te Papa to the Hirer or any such persons.

All posted pool rules and regulations must be observed. LESSEE MUST BE PRESENT ON THE PREMISES AT ALL TIMES DURING THE LEASE PERIOD. The lease period is a maximum of 3 hours for private parties.

CONDUCT OF GUESTS. The CONTRACT HOLDER represents to the ASSOCIATION that the use of the Clubhouse facility will be strictly limited to the guests of the CONTRACT HOLDER, that the event is a private function open to invited guests only, and that the Clubhouse facility will not be open to the general public at any time. The undersigned CONTRACT HOLDER(S) must be at least 21 years of age and must be present, at all times, for the duration of the event, and must be the primary host of the event. CONTRACT HOLDER may not reserve the Clubhouse on behalf of a third party. If most of the guests will be under 21 years of age, CONTRACT HOLDER must provide one (1) chaperone for every ten (10) children under 21 years of age, and chaperone(s) must be present at all times. CONTRACT HOLDER acknowledges that the legal maximum capacity inside the Clubhouse cannot be exceeded. The CONTRACT HOLDER shall be responsible and liable for the decorum and behavior of his or her guests and attendees, at all times, and shall be responsible for ensuring that guests remain inside the Clubhouse facility. No food or beverages are permitted outside the Clubhouse facility, at any time during the event. The ASSOCIATION reserves the right to close the Clubhouse, without recourse for the CONTRACT HOLDER, at any time during the event, that it deems necessary to do so because of improper behavior of the CONTRACT HOLDER and/or his or her guests. CONTRACT HOLDER must comply with the Loudoun County noise ordinance, which is incorporated herein, by reference. Noise level after 11:00pm must not be audible outside the Clubhouse.. CONTRACT HOLDER and guests shall not congregate outside the facility anytime during or after the event. CONTRACT HOLDER shall keep all doors and windows closed for the duration of the function to minimize the amount of noise which may be audible to the surrounding community. In the event of a violation or breach of this Agreement, and/or its Exhibits, by CONTRACT HOLDER, and/or any guest or attendee, CONTRACT HOLDER shall be liable and agrees that the Association is entitled to assess a charge of $50, for each violation, which the Association may, deduct from the Security Deposit, along with any costs to the Association and/or damages that may have been incurred. CONDUCT OF GUESTS. 11.1 The Guest must keep the Apartment in the same condition as at the start of the Booking Period and must leave the Apartment in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found on the Date of Arrival. The Company will be entitled to make an additional charge to the Guest if extra cleaning is made necessary as a result of the Guest failing to comply with this condition. 11.2 The Guest will be responsible for all damage to the Apartment during occupation and is also responsible for paying appropriate compensation to the Company if, due to such damage, the Apartment cannot immediately be occupied. 11.3 Pets are not permitted in the Apartment unless by prior agreement and are subject to our pet policy. 11.4 Where the Guest abuses the Apartment and/or displays rude or offensive behaviour towards the Company or other occupants of the building, the Company will be entitled to terminate the booking and Clause 11.7 shall apply. 11.5 The Company will be entitled to terminate the Contract (and Clause 11.7 shall apply), if the Guest commits any illegal activity or, in the reasonable opinion of the Company, the behaviour of the Guest or any Visitor amounts to: 11.5.1 immoral activity; 11.5.2 interference with the construction or arrangement of the Apartment; 11.5.3 interference with neighbors due to electrical-audio equipment, musical instrument, or any sound-emitting device being played in such a manner as to be audible outside the Apartment at any time; 11.5.4 behaviour which could expose the Company to liabilities against any third party or to criminal liability. 11.5.5 smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited and will result in a £500+VAT charge. Failure to comply will result in further action. 11.6 The number of persons using the Apartment must not exceed the maximum number stated on the Booking Form (including all Guests and Visitors). The Company is entitled to terminate the Contract and ask the Guest to leave if this condition is broken. This will be treated as a termination due to the Guest’s repudiatory breach of the Contract and Clause 11.7 shall apply.
