Local funds definition

Local funds means funds under the control or in the cus- tody of any local government or local official that are not required to meet current expenditures or demands.
Local funds means the funds provided by the Local Agency as their obligated contribution to the federal and/or State Awards to receive the federal and/or State funding.
Local funds means funds provided by any city, county, or entity (public or private) for performance of the Work and includes in-kind contribution.
