Local Screen Rate definition

Local Screen Rate means the CDOR Screen Rate.
Local Screen Rate means the AUD Screen Rate.
Local Screen Rate means, with respect to any Non-Quoted Currency, such screen rate or other method to determine a rate index for such Non-Quoted Currency as proposed by the Administrative Agent and agreed to by all the Lenders of such currency and the Company.

Local Screen Rate means the CAD Screen Rate.
Local Screen Rate means the AUD Screen Rate, the NZD Screen Rate, the CDOR Rate, the XXXXXX Screen Rate, the NIBOR Screen Rate and, the CIBOR Screen Rate, XXXXX and SARON, collectively and individually as the context may require.
Local Screen Rate means either the CDOR Screen Rate or the EURIBOR Screen Rate.
Local Screen Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition ofLocal Bank Reference Rate”.
Local Screen Rate means, with respect to any Non-Quoted Currency, such interbank offered rate, bankers acceptance rate or other similar quotation rate selected by the Administrative Agent in accordance with market practices and convention (with the understanding that the Administrative Agent may notify the applicable Borrower that no such rate setting convention exists for a particular Non-Quoted Currency).
Local Screen Rate means any of the AUD Screen Rate, the CDOR Screen Rate and the SIBOR Screen Rate.
Local Screen Rate means, for any Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in a Non-LIBOR Quoted Currency and for any applicable Interest Period, the rate for such Currency for a period equal in length to such Interest Period as displayed on any page or screen of any information service that publishes such rate as selected by the Administrative Agent from time to time in its reasonable discretion.
