Lottery Bonds definition

Lottery Bonds means any bonds issued by the State of Oregon that are special obligations of the State of Oregon, payable from unobligated net lottery proceeds, the interest on which is exempt from federal income taxation, together with any refunding bonds, used to finance or refinance the Project through the initial funding or refinancing of all or a portion of the Loan.
Lottery Bonds means any bonds issued by the State of Oregon that are special obligations of the State of Oregon payable solely from unobligated net lottery proceeds, the interest on which is exempt from federal income taxation, together with any refunding bonds, used to finance or refinance the Project through the initial funding or refinancing of all or a portion of the Grant.
