Lottery Data definition

Lottery Data means any and all data, in electronic or other form, of any kind or nature that pertains, directly or indirectly, to the Lottery (including, without limitation: all personal data belonging to the State and all records, customer data, technical information, sales and performance data, files, materials, reports, audits, surveys, plans, analyses, charts, literature, brochures, mailings, recordings, correspondence, pictures, drawings, graphic representations, written procedures and documents, memoranda, forms and other such items that may be gathered, originated, prepared, obtained, received, computed, developed, used or stored by the State or any service provider that pertains, directly or indirectly, to the Lottery).
Lottery Data means information entered into the Software by Lottery or End Users through the Software, including personal information of Lottery or End Users.

Examples of Lottery Data in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall not utilize Lottery Data for any purpose other than the performance of the Services.

  • The Contractor shall promptly deliver any Lottery Data (or the portion of such Lottery Data specified by the State) in its possession or direct or indirect control to the State in the format and on the media reasonably requested by the State: (a) at any time upon reasonable notice at the State’s or Camelot’s request; and (b) upon the expiration of the PMA (including any period of disentanglement of Camelot).

  • The Contractor shall promptly notify Camelot in writing if it believes that the Lottery Data has been used in a manner inconsistent with the foregoing.

  • To this end, in performing the Contract, the Contractor must establish and maintain adequate security controls, policies, standards, and procedures to prevent unauthorized access to, and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of, Lottery Data, assets and services.

Related to Lottery Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Company-Licensed Data, Company-Owned Data and Personal Data.

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Technical data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, of a scientific or technical nature (including computer software documentation). The term does not include computer software or data incidental to contract administration, such as financial and/or management information.

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.5.2.2. "Directory Assistance Lists" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.6.1.1.

  • Computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;
