Maintenance Base means a facility where Contractor, or a third party provider on its behalf, routinely performs the daytime or overnight maintenance of the Covered Aircraft described in Paragraph 2 of Exhibit P, regardless whether such facility is owned or leased by Contractor or whether such maintenance is performed by Contractor or a third party provider.
