Maintenance Base definition

Maintenance Base shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(a)(i) of Exhibit E.
Maintenance Base means, at any time, an amount equal to 33-1/3% of the Fair Market Value of the Pledged Shares.
Maintenance Base as used in this Agreement will include only the following locations; TULE, AFW, and ▇▇▇▇ DWH.

  • I) Long Term and Short Term Maintenance Base Rate are set as $0.75 less than the Base Rates as established in the Local Agreement.

Maintenance Base means, at any time, an amount equal to the sum at such time of (i) 60% of the Portfolio Value at such time plus (ii) the aggregate amount of cash and Permitted Investments on deposit in the Collateral Account.

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.

  • Maintenance Margin means the minimum amount of money required in your Trading Account as specified on the Trading Platform in order to keep a Transaction open on the Trading Platform.

  • Maintenance Window means the weekly maintenance windows for the Cloud Service identified in ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/maintenance-windows. SAP may update the Maintenance Window from time to time in accordance with the Agreement.
