Maintenance of Traffic Plan definition

Maintenance of Traffic Plan means a plan for maintaining continuous safe and effective pedestrian and vehicular traffic in and around the Construction Site, including WMATA’s access to and from all WMATA Facilities on or adjacent to the Construction Site. The Maintenance of Traffic Plan must include any interim and temporary operational measures necessary to ensure that WMATA is able to maintain existing levels of service.
Maintenance of Traffic Plan means the plan developed by Contractor that sets forth Contractor’s approach to maintenance of traffic as it relates to the DB Project, as described in more detail in the Technical Requirements.
