Maintenance Year definition

Maintenance Year means the period of 12 months commencing on the Maintenance Commencement Date and expiring on the first anniversary of the Maintenance Commencement Date, and each successive period of 12 months thereafter during which TS provides Maintenance Services;
Maintenance Year means any period of 1 year during the Term beginning on the Effective Date or any anniversary thereof.
Maintenance Year means each 12 month period (or part thereof) occurring during the term of this Agreement, with the first Maintenance Year commencing on and from the Commitment Date and ending on the next 30 June, and each subsequent Maintenance Year occurring from 1 July until the earlier of the next 30 June or expiry of this Agreement.

Examples of Maintenance Year in a sentence

  • By 31 March of each Contract Year, the Shipper may provide the Operator with a schedule of events which the Shipper, acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Person, believes may increase or reduce the Capacity it requires for certain periods during the 12 months starting the following 1 July ( Maintenance Year) which sets out the Shipper's best estimates of the amount and the expected duration of such increase or reduction.

  • Following expiry of the Initial Maintenance Term the Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of any part of the Maintenance Fee for the then current Maintenance Year, but the Maintenance Fees for subsequent Maintenance Years shall be reduced appropriately.

More Definitions of Maintenance Year

Maintenance Year. Shall have the meaning indicated in Section 19.2.1 below.
Maintenance Year means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months commencing on the commencement of the Maintenance Period or any anniversary thereof.
