Major Clients means the ten (10) largest clients of each of the Sellers, as measured by the dollar amount of revenue received by such Seller for the twelve-month period ending on the Latest Balance Sheet Date.

More Definitions of Major Clients

Major Clients shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.30(a)(ii) of this Agreement.
