Major Construction Document definition

Major Construction Document has the meaning specified in Section 2.6 of the Construction Agency Agreement.
Major Construction Document means the Development Agreement, the General Construction Agreement and any Construction Document calling for payments of $1,900,000 or more during the Construction Period. Each of the Development Agreement and the General Construction Agreement shall be a guaranteed maximum or fixed price contract in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent. Costs payable under the Development Agreement and the General Construction Agreement necessary to achieve Substantial Completion and to complete the Final Completion Work, together with the costs payable under all other Construction Documents and all Construction Costs necessary to achieve Substantial Completion and to complete the Final Completion Work shall not exceed either (x) the aggregate amount permitted for all such items in the Construction Budget or (y) the Available Commitment.
Major Construction Document shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.4(a) of the Construction and Development Agreement.

More Definitions of Major Construction Document

Major Construction Document means: (i) the Construction Contract, (ii) the primary architectural services agreement pertaining to the Construction, and (iii) any other Construction Document calling for payments of $10,000,000 or more during the Term, or upon full performance, thereof.
Major Construction Document means any Construction Document calling for payments of $2,000,000 or more during the Lease Term or upon full performance thereof.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Contract Document means collectively the e-Tender documents, designs, drawings, specifications, agreed variations, if any and such other documents constituting the e-Tender and acceptance thereof.

  • Operative Document means a bond declaration, trust agreement, indenture, security

  • Pipeline Construction means a substantial disturbance to agricultural land associated with installation, replacement, removal, operation or maintenance of a pipeline, but shall not include work performed during an emergency. Emergency means a condition where there is clear and immediate danger to life or health, or essential services, or a potentially significant loss of property. When the emergency condition ends, pipeline construction will be in accordance with these rules.

  • Project Document means any one of the foregoing;

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • Acquisition Documentation collectively, the Acquisition Agreement and all schedules, exhibits and annexes thereto and all side letters and agreements affecting the terms thereof or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Start of construction means the date the development permit was issued, provided the actual start of construction, repair, reconstruction, or improvement was within 180 days of the permit date. The actual start means the first placement of permanent construction of the structure such as the pouring of slabs or footings, installation of piles, construction of columns, or any work beyond the stage of excavation, and includes the placement of a manufactured home on a foundation. (Permanent construction does not include initial land preparation, such as clearing, grading and filling; nor does it include the installation of streets and/or walkways; nor does it include excavation for a basement, footings, piers or foundations or the erection of temporary forms; nor does it include the installation on the property of buildings appurtenant to the permitted structure, such as garages or sheds not occupied as dwelling units or part of the main structure. (NOTE: accessory structures are NOT exempt from any ordinance requirements) For a substantial improvement, the actual start of construction means the first alteration of any wall, ceiling, floor, or other structural part of a building, whether or not that alteration affects the external dimensions of the building.

  • Material Project Documents means, collectively, the Power Purchase Agreement, the EPC Contract, the Transmission Facilities Construction Agreement, the O&M Agreement, the Coal Supply Agreements, the Coal Transportation Agreement and all other instruments, agreements or other documents arising from or related to the Project, but shall not include any Financing Agreement.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.   • Commence Construction means that an owner or operator has either undertaken a continuous program of construction or has entered into a contractual obligation to undertake and complete, within a reasonable time, a continuous program of construction.

  • Cost of Construction means the total cost to Owner of those portions of the entire Project designed or specified by the Design Professional. Cost of Construction does not include the Design Professional's compensation and expenses and Owner's expenses associated with the Project or the cost of other services to be provided by others to the Owner.
