Major Maintenance Outage definition

Major Maintenance Outage means the temporary shutdown of major equipment or machinery at the Cogen Facility for any major maintenance or overhaul thereof.
Major Maintenance Outage means an annual outage of the Facility for the purposes of major inspection, maintenance and repairs.
Major Maintenance Outage means an outage resulting from scheduled major maintenance, which shall not occur more frequently than every fifth year.
