Major user definition

Major user means any public or private organization or entity using more than 3 million gallons of water per year (a water system may define a major user using less than 3 million gallons of water per year).
Major user means any industrial user of the city's wastewater system whose nondomestic flow or loading is greater than an equivalent flow of twenty-five thousand (25,000) gallons per day (gpd) but less than ten (10) percent of the average daily flow for which the system was designed.
