Major user definition

Major user meanss any public or private organization or entity using more than 3 million gallons of water per year (a water system may define a major user using less than 3 million gallons of water per year).
Major user means any user of the POTW that (i) has a discharge to the POTW which averages 25,000 gallons or more per day, or (ii) is designated by the director to potentially have an adverse impact, either singly or in combination with other users, on the POTW, or to potentially violate any pretreatment standard, limit, or requirement, or (iii) is subject to a FCPS, or (iv) discharges wastewater which makes up 5% or more of the average dry weather hydraulic or organic capacity of the POTW.
Major user as used in this Lease shall mean and include the portion or portions of the Shopping Center leased or occupied for use as a motion picture theater or cinema (a "Theater"), together with any other area from time to time during the Term occupied by a single tenant or occupant and containing not less than 20,000 square feet of Floor Area.
