The Trustees shall not manage, control, use, sell, dispose of or otherwise deal with any part of the Trust Property except in accordance with the powers granted to and the authority conferred upon the Management Trustee pursuant to the Transaction Documents.
The Management Trustee shall not be required to make a physical segregation or division of the various subtrusts created under this Trust Agreement, except as segregation or division may be required by reason of Applicable Law.
