Marina Facilities definition

Marina Facilities means the passenger, freight, fuelling, provisioning and services terminals and the loading and unloading facilities, or any of them, for vessels on or upon the Marina Basin or on or upon a particular portion of land adjacent to the Marina Basin.
Marina Facilities means a facility that provides launching, storage, supplies, moorage, and other accessory service for six or more pleasure and/or commercial watercraft.
Marina Facilities means a marina facility under the control of the Supplier within the Queenscliff Harbour Area and designated as such by the Supplier.

  • Conduct by Boat Owner or his/her guests or agents that might disturb or cause harm to any person, damage property, be a nuisance or harm the reputation of Marina Facilities (including use of drugs or becoming intoxicated by alcohol) shall, at the option of Marina, be cause for immediate termination of this Agreement by Xxxxxx.

  • Upon receipt of written application outlining the proposed activity, the Port of Grays Harbor, at its sole discretion, may issue exclusive calendar year permits expiring December 31st, to use Marina Facilities to sell or receive seafood.

  • Upon termination, Boat Owner shall immediately pay all sums due Marina and remove the Vessel from the dry storage yard and the Marina Facilities.

  • It is expressly understood and agreed that this is a license and not a storage, lease or bailment contract, and Marina Facilities has no duty and assumes neither liability nor responsibility whatsoever for the control, care, maintenance or protection of the Boat Owner’s Vessel or any Boat Owner’s property.

  • Vessel Owner releases and discharges Slip Owner and it’s agents from any and all liability from loss, injury (including death) or damages to persons or property sustained while in or on Marina Facilities and the Jupiter Yacht Club property, including fire, theft, vandalism, windstorm, hurricane, high or low waters, hail, rain, ice, collision or accident, or any other Act of God, whether said Vessel is being parked or hauled by an agent of Jupiter Yacht Club Marina or not.

  • Use of Marina Facilities or the Boat slip/storage space for the purpose of conducting business is prohibited, unless authorized in WRITING by the Marina.

  • Vessel Owner assumes all risk of injury, death or damage to himself, his family members, guests, crew, invitees, permittees or the Vessel and its contents and appurtenances, resulting from the use of the Slip or Marina Facilities or the Jupiter Yacht Club property.

  • Boat Owner shall not release or permit to be released, by action or inaction, any hazardous waste or environmentally objectionable substances, including oil, gasoline or untreated sewage (“Hazardous Substances”) into the water or land of Marina Facilities.

  • The Boat slip/storage space and the Marina Facilities are to be used at the sole risk of Boat Owner and Vessel, and Boat Owner and Vessel hereby assume such risk.

  • In the event of Boat Owner’s default or termination of this Agreement without removal of the Vessel, Xxxxxx xxx either exercise its rights under section ten (10), Lien for Fees and Services, or, by notice to Boat Owner, suspend the right of Boat Owner to obtain access to Marina Facilities, to use the Boat slip/storage space and the Vessel without the necessity to initiate any legal proceedings.


More Definitions of Marina Facilities

Marina Facilities means those marina improvements located upon the body of water that is a part of the Partnership Premises, but excluding therefrom all revenues derived from any activities located upon the land which is a portion of the Partnership Premises.
Marina Facilities means administrative offices, boat brokerage and charter facilities, chandlery, boat storage, tackle and bait shop, small sale convenience shop, fuelling provisions and associated facilities and car parking;
Marina Facilities means a marina facility under the control of the Supplier within theQueenscliff Harbour Area and designated as such by the Supplier.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Related facilities means any manager's units and any and all common area spaces that are included within the physical boundaries of the housing development, including, but not limited to, common area space, walkways, balconies, patios, clubhouse space, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and parking areas that are exclusively available to residential users, except any portions of the overall development that are specifically commercial space.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A. Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to, the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cables, fiber optic cables, circuits, wires, lines, plant and equipment located under, on or above the surface of the ground within the Public Ways of the City and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility services or Telecommunications Services.

  • DIP Facilities means the DIP ABL Facility and the DIP Term Loan Facility.

  • Pollution control facilities means water and air pollution control equipment and solid waste disposal facilities or any of them.

  • Facility Site means the site described in Schedule B. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
