Master Reseller means any Reseller who is vested with the authority to appoint, hire or otherwise engage General Resellers in addition to such Master Reseller’s efforts. Said Independent Contractor shall be deemed a General Reseller of StreamTraX Products and shall therefore be required to execute a General Reseller Agreement prior to his/her appointment.
