Minor Modifications definition

Minor Modifications means modifications that do not significantly alter the nongovernmental function or essential physical characteristics of an item or component, or change the purpose of a process. Factors to be considered in determining whether a modification is minor include the value and size of the modification and the comparative value and size of the final product. Dollar values and percentages may be used as guideposts, but are not conclusive evidence that a modification is minor;
Minor Modifications means minor modifications regarding the performance of this Agreement that are consistent with the Entitlements and have minimal impacts to the City's operations in terms of timing, performance, or value.
Minor Modifications means those changes to the Project, this Agreement and the Development Plan which can be made administratively as set forth in Section 7.5.

  • Certain CHOICES HCBS which occur as a distinct event or which may be episodic in nature (occurring at irregular intervals or on an as needed basis for a limited duration of time), including In-Home Respite Care, Inpatient Respite, Assistive Technology, Minor Modifications, and Pest Control.

  • The Planning Director shall notify the Planning Commission in writing of any Minor Modifications approved pursuant to this Section 2.4.2. Any proposed change which the Planning Director denies as not qualifying for a Minor Modification based on the above findings must be processed as a Major Modification.

More Definitions of Minor Modifications

Minor Modifications means bug fixes and other nonmaterial revisions of the Contractor Software that District has not funded.
Minor Modifications shall be defined as modifications to this Agreement, the Project/Development Plan that do not (i) change the proposed uses analyzed in the 2022 SEIR, (ii) increase the total amount of light industrial square footage within the Property beyond what was studied in the 2022 SEIR, (iii) decrease the amount of any retail / restaurant square footage, open space, community amenity, and/or programmed areas proposed for the Xxxxxx Country Mart as set forth in the Project Site Plan (attached hereto as Exhibit C) and/or (iv) increase building heights within the Property in comparison to what was studies in the 2022 SEIR.
Minor Modifications means changes to this Agreement which do not require public notice and hearing prior to implementation but which do require administrative approval. The parties otherwise agree that a Minor Modification is one which does not change the beneficial use of the Property. Authority to approve changes other than Major Modifications shall be granted to the Town Planning Director. The Planning Director shall have the duty to determine whether any specific change is a Major Modification, provided that the Developer shall have the right to have any request for change processed as a Major Modification, notwithstanding the provisions hereof.
Minor Modifications has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.2, below.
