Certain CHOICES HCBS which occur as a distinct event or which may be episodic in nature (occurring at irregular intervals or on an as needed basis for a limited duration of time), including In-Home Respite Care, Inpatient Respite, Assistive Technology, Minor Modifications, and Pest Control.
The Planning Director shall notify the Planning Commission in writing of any Minor Modifications approved pursuant to this Section 2.4.2. Any proposed change which the Planning Director denies as not qualifying for a Minor Modification based on the above findings must be processed as a Major Modification.
