Maximum Capital Contribution definition

Maximum Capital Contribution. The amount set forth opposite each Member’s name on Schedule 1 hereto under the heading “Maximum Capital Contribution.”
Maximum Capital Contribution. With respect to each Member, $162,500,000.
Maximum Capital Contribution means, with respect to a Member, the maximum amount of Capital Contributions that a Member shall be required to contribute to the Company pursuant to this Agreement, as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto.
