Meal Equivalent definition

Meal Equivalent means a meal that is deemed to be provided by FSMC by dividing the total of cash receipts, other than from sales of National School Lunch Program meals, School Breakfast Program meals, After School Care Program and Summer Program meals, by the equivalency factor of $5.62. The equivalency factor for the Meal Equivalent shall remain fixed for the term of the Contract and all renewals.
