Bargaining Unit means the unit of Employees as described on the Labour Relations Board Certificate.
Member of the Board means an individual who is a member of the Board or of the board of directors of a Subsidiary or an Affiliate.
Member of the clergy means a clergyman or practitioner of any religious denomination accredited by the religious body to which he or she belongs.
Bargaining Unit Seniority is defined as the length of continuous service within the bargaining unit since the last date of entry into the bargaining unit.
Collective bargaining means the performance of the mutual
Collective Bargaining Agreement means any Contract that has been entered into with any labor organization, union, works council, employee representative or association.
Appropriate bargaining unit means the unit designated by the Employment Relations Board
Collective Bargaining Agreements shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.05.
Member of the Service means a person appointed in a substantive capacity under the provisions of these rules and orders/rules in force previous to the commencement of these rules, to a post in the cadre of the service.
Bargaining Unit Member or “employee” means a University employee who is included in the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2: “Recognition and Scope”.
Member of the household means any person who resides with the public official.
Member of the family shall have the meaning prescribed by Code Section 529(e)(2), and shall mean any individual who bears one of the following relationships to the beneficiary:
Member of the Executive Council means the Member of the Executive Council responsible for local government in the Province;
Member of the Immediate Family means, with respect to any Person who is an individual, (a) each parent, spouse (but not including a former spouse or a spouse from whom such Person is legally separated) or child (including those adopted) of such individual and (b) each trustee, solely in his or her capacity as trustee, for a trust naming only one or more of the Persons listed in sub-clause (a) as beneficiaries.
Traineeship Scheme means an approved traineeship applicable to a group or class of employees or to an industry or sector of an industry or an enterprise. A traineeship scheme shall not be given approval unless consultation and negotiation with the union upon the terms of the proposed traineeship scheme and the traineeship have occurred. An application for approval of a traineeship scheme shall identify the union and demonstrate to the satisfaction of the approving authority that the abovementioned consultation and negotiation have occurred.
Member of the public means any individual except when that individual is receiving an occupational dose.
Railway Group Standards means standards authorised pursuant to
bargaining council means a bargaining council registered in terms of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, and, in relation to the public service, includes the bargaining councils referred to in section 35 of that Act;
Plan Affiliate means, with respect to any Person, any employee benefit plan or arrangement sponsored by, maintained by or contributed to by such Person, and with respect to any employee benefit plan or arrangement, any Person sponsoring, maintaining or contributing to such plan or arrangement.

Employee Program means (A) all employee benefit plans within the meaning of ERISA Section 3(3), including, but not limited to, multiple employer welfare arrangements (within the meaning of ERISA Section 3(40)), plans to which more than one unaffiliated employer contributes and employee benefit plans (such as foreign or excess benefit plans) which are not subject to ERISA; and (B) all stock option plans, bonus or incentive award plans, severance pay policies or agreements, deferred compensation agreements, supplemental income arrangements, vacation plans, and all other employee benefit plans, agreements, and arrangements not described in (A) above. In the case of an Employee Program funded through an organization described in Code Section 501(c)(9), each reference to such Employee Program shall include a reference to such organization;
