Member Program definition

Member Program means a non-VA detoxification treatment or mainte- nance treatment program which re- ports patient identifying information to a central registry and which is in the same State as that central registry or is not more than 125 miles from any border of the State in which the cen- tral registry is located.
Member Program means a program conducting activities involving registered members sanctioned by USA Volleyball on the National, Region or club level.

  • Investment Program means a Person for whom Shipper or a direct or indirect subsidiary of Shipper acts as a general partner, managing partner or manager and the securities of which have been offered and sold to investors.
