All members must: Abide by the principles of the U3A movement Always act in the best interest of the U3A and never do anything to bring the U3A movement into disrepute Abide by the terms and conditions of the constitution Treat fellow members with respect and courtesy at all times Comply with and support the decisions of the elected committee Advise the Membership Secretary of any changes in your personal details We need your permission to use the information you have provided in the following ways: To store it securely for membership purposes To communicate with you as a u3a member To share it with group leaders for those groups you are a member of To send you general information about the Third Age Trust
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP. 2.1 This MA constitutes the contractual terms on which members shall be granted membership to the TLG and their participation and association in Liquor Legends.
2.2 This MA shall commence on the EFFECTIVE DATE and be binding on the PARTIES so long as the MEMBER, remains a MEMBER of the TLG.
2.3 As this is a voluntary association of members either PARTY may give the other 3 (three) months’ notice of termination of this MA.
2.4 The MA is PREMISES based. The member shall not be entitled to transfer the MA to other PREMISES, the MA shall not be capable of been ceded or assigned to any other PARTY. Any change in the membership, or shareholding of any legal entity member requires the written approval of the TLG.
2.5 In the event of the member selling the OUTLET, the MA shall immediately terminate on the date of the sale, and a new owner of the OUTLET shall proceed to make application for membership to the TLG
2.6 The MEMBER shall not be allowed to hold a membership in respect of the PREMISES to any other brand or membership Group.
2.7 The applicant signing this MA hereby warrants that he/ she has the required authority to apply for membership to the TLG and is authorized to enter into this MA, and bind the member to the term and conditions of this MA.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP. Candidate or Authorized Representative acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Club’s Membership Plan (a copy can be obtained from the club's office) and all membership documents referenced therein (the "Membership Documents") and these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by all of their respective terms and conditions, as they may be amended from time to time.

PLEASE READ ALL OF OUR POLICIES SO THERE IS NO CONFUSION ON HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS*** Initial DOCTOR APPROVAL: I have represented to Movement Fitness that I have either a) been given a Doctor’s permission to participate in the Training, or b) voluntarily participate in the Training and all risks related to the Training without the approval of my Doctor(s). I represent that I am not aware of any medical or physical condition that would prevent me from participating in the Training or from using equipment or facilities, which pose a serious health risk to me. I further acknowledge that Trainer has relied on my statements as being accurate and complete, as a condition to entering into this Agreement. I further acknowledge and agree that I am not obligated to participate in any Training that I do not wish to participate in. I will inform Trainer immediately if I do not wish to participate in any specific Training. Initial MEMBERSHIP DURATION: I understand that my initial membership will last for a total of 6 weeks from my start date of
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP. The terms and conditions of the County's membership in the Authority shall be as follows:
(1) The County will be charged and make payment of a one-time-only membership fee of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00).
(2) The County will make quarterly payments of the County's pro rata share of the Authority's annual budget.
(3) Any project undertaken by the Authority shall not impose any debt service obligation or other payment obligation on the County, except as may be expressly authorized by an action of the Xxxxxxxxxx County Commissioner's Court.
(4) Pursuant to Section 8364.051, Texas Special District Local Laws Code, the County shall appoint two directors to the governing body of the Authority.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP. This Application and Agreement for membership ("Agreement"), when signed by the authorized representative of the Applicant and accepted by ODVA, Inc. ("ODVA"), constitutes a binding contract between the Applicant and ODVA. The effective date of this Agreement shall occur on the date that all of the following conditions are met ("Membership Date"): (a) such Applicant has applied for ODVA membership, and the Application is accepted and approved by ODVA, except that if Applicant is applying for the Principal Member class, it shall also require the approval of the ODVA Board of Directors, (b) ten (10) business days have passed after such Applicant has made a nonrefundable initiation fee and dues and assessments payment required for the current year for the Applicant’s requested class of membership, along with all other fees and assessments due to meet the requirements for membership, and (c) such Applicant has executed this Agreement and such other documents and provided such other information as shall be required to demonstrate such Applicant’s eligibility for membership in ODVA.
