Merchant Personal Data definition

Merchant Personal Data means shall mean Personal Data that is disclosed to and/or shared with BlueSnap by Merchant under the Agreement;
Merchant Personal Data. The data introduced by the Merchant in the Ogone Accou nt, in cluding, in pa rticular, the postal and e-mail addresses used by Ogone in communications with the Merchant.
Merchant Personal Data means any Personal Data relating to a Merchant. [***]

Examples of Merchant Personal Data in a sentence

  • Any Merchant Personal Data, in any reconfigured format, shall at all times be and remain the sole property of Merchant or the Merchant Parties, unless agreed otherwise in writing by Merchant.

  • Any use of Merchant Personal Data and/or Customer Data is limited to the sole purpose expressly authorized by the Agreement and this DPA.

  • BlueSnap and each Sub-processor may however retain Merchant Personal Data and/or Customer Data to the extent required by applicable laws only to the extent and for such period as required by such laws and always provided that BlueSnap shall ensure the confidentiality of all such Merchant Personal Data/Customer Data and shall ensure that such data is only processed as necessary for the purpose(s) specified in such laws and for no other purpose.

  • BlueSnap shall only process Merchant Personal Data and/or Customer Data on behalf of Merchant and in accordance with Xxxxxxxx’s written instructions including the Agreement and this DPA.

  • Where Clearent Processes Merchant Personal Data, Clearent shall be considered a Service Provider or Processor (as those terms are defined under Applicable Data Protection Laws).

  • As such, Shopify independently determines the purpose and means of processing of Merchant Personal Data and is not a joint Data Controller with Flow with respect to Merchant Personal Data.

  • Merchant agrees that after the termination or expiration of the Agreement, Merchant Personal Data and/or Customer Data may be stored as a backup for the time needed to secure (establish, investigate or defend) Merchant’s and BlueSnap’s claims that may arise due to the performance of the services (for the time it takes for the claims to be barred).

  • Upon Merchant's request or upon termination or expiration of the Agreement, and subject to all relevant legal requirements or credit card association requirements, BlueSnap agrees, at Merchant’s option, to either deliver to Merchant or destroy in a manner that prevents Merchant Personal Data from being reconstructed, any Merchant Personal Data in BlueSnap’s control or possession.

Related to Merchant Personal Data

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

  • Relevant Personal Data means Personal Data in respect of which we are the Controller.

  • Accenture Personal Data means personal data owned, licensed, or otherwise controlled or processed by Accenture including personal data processed by Accenture on behalf of its clients. “Accenture Data” means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.

For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Personal Data Breach means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed.

  • Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;

  • Sensitive Personal Information or “SPI” means the information categories listed at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(2).

  • Personal Information Breach means an instance where an unauthorized person or entity accesses Personal Information in any manner, including but not limited to the following occurrences: (1) any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected is misplaced, lost, stolen or in any way compromised; (2) one or more third parties have had access to or taken control or possession of any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected without prior written authorization from the State; (3) the unauthorized acquisition of encrypted or protected Personal Information together with the confidential process or key that is capable of compromising the integrity of the Personal Information; or (4) if there is a substantial risk of identity theft or fraud to the client, the Contractor, the Department or State.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • Cardholder means a person authorized to use a Card.
