Metal Industry Employee definition

Metal Industry Employee means those employees previously covered by the Metal Industry (Victorian Public Hospitals) Award 2002 [transitional] and currently employed in any of the classifications shown in Schedule C of this Agreement.
Metal Industry Employee means an employee employed in any of the classifications shown in Appendix 4 Section D of this Agreement.
