Metro Private Line Service. (“MPL”): Standard MBS1 Guide monthly recurring charges for Type 1 MPL Point to Point, Type 1 MPL End Link, Type1 MPL Hub, and Type 1 MPL Sonet Interfaces Services. Each MPL circuit must remain installed for a minimum of 12 months.
