Metro Private Line Service definition

Metro Private Line Service. (“MPL”): Standard MBS1 Guide monthly recurring charges for Type 1 MPL Point to Point, Type 1 MPL End Link, Type1 MPL Hub, and Type 1 MPL Sonet Interfaces Services. Each MPL circuit must remain installed for a minimum of 12 months. If Customer terminates any circuit before the end of the Service Term, the Company reserves the right to charge Customer an amount equal to 100% of the monthly recurring charge for each circuit terminated for each month remaining in the Service Term.
