Mexican Collateral definition

Mexican Collateral means the “Collateral” as defined in the Mexican Collateral Documents and any other assets pledged pursuant to the Mexican Collateral Documents.
Mexican Collateral means (a) all Pledged Collateral (as defined in the Mexican Pledge Agreement) and (b) the Global Collateral.

More Definitions of Mexican Collateral

Mexican Collateral means any and all assets, whether real or personal, tangible or intangible, on which Liens are purported to be granted by the Mexican Loan Parties in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of itself and the other Secured Parties pursuant to the Security Documents as security for the Secured Obligations.

Related to Mexican Collateral

  • Canadian Collateral means the Collateral owned by (or, in the event such Collateral has been foreclosed upon, immediately prior to such foreclosure that was owned by) a Canadian Loan Party.
