Micro Brewery definition

Micro Brewery means a craft brewery primarily engaged in the production and packaging of less than 15,000 hectolitres per year of specialty or craft beer, ale, or other malt beverages. The facility may include accessory uses such as retail sale, wholesale, tours and events, or hospitality rooms where beverages produced at the facility can be sampled;
Micro Brewery means an 147m² manufacturing establishment where alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are manufactured, including bottling and canning, and also including on-premises retail sales of such beverages that may be taken off site;
Micro Brewery means a facility for the production of 100,000 gallons or less per year of fermented malt beverages, as defined in Chapter 125 of the Wisconsin Statutes, that are sold wholesale and/or off premises directly to retailers as authorized by statute. On premise sales will be allowed only where permitted by the zoning code.
