Minimum Annual Salary definition

Minimum Annual Salary means the minimum salary that must be included in a Player Contract that covers the entire Regular Season in accordance with Article V, Section 7.
Minimum Annual Salary means that compensation described in Section 6.1.
Minimum Annual Salary as used in this Agreement shall include all increases granted by the Board.

Examples of Minimum Annual Salary in a sentence

  • The Minimum Annual Salary Scale applicable to a player is determined by the Salary Cap Year encompassing the first Season covered by the player’s Contract.

  • For the 2017-18 Salary Cap Year, the Minimum Annual Salary Scale is set forth as Exhibit C hereto.

Minimum Annual Salary means the salary as provided for in clause 8 - Instructor’s Minimum Annual Salary for Delivery of Educational and Training Support Services, and clause 9 - Annual Review of Instructor’s Minimum Annual Salary, of this Enterprise Agreement.

  • Annual Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).
