Minimum Service Level Default definition

Minimum Service Level Default means the Supplier’s performance for a particular Critical Service Level fails to meet the applicable Minimum Service Level at any time.
Minimum Service Level Default means a failure to meet the applicable Minimum Service Level for a specific CPI or KPI in the applicable Measurement Window (e.g., a monthly failure of a CPI).

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point.
