Minimum Service Level definition

Minimum Service Level means, in relation to any Service Measure or KPI, the level of service identified in Appendix 1 of Schedule 2.2 (Performance Measures and Monitoring) as the "Minimum Service Level";
Minimum Service Level. The lowest level of service which is maintained during any month before penalties are assessed.

  • Red status indicates that Serco's performance against the KPI has failed to meet the Minimum Service Level (MSL).
