Minor Subject Area definition

Minor Subject Area means 1. All subject areas identified under the heading Basic Qualifications that have not been identified as a major on a teacher’s current Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of Qualifications card; or 2. a subject area in which a teacher has successfully completed at least three (3) full university courses; or 3. a subject area in which a teacher has been deemed under Subsection 1.03 (f); or

Minor Subject Area means (i) all minor subject area qualifications recorded in the teacher’s personal history file maintained at the Board Office at the date of ratification, (ii) any minor subject area qualifications recognized by the Board in Article 1.03 (d) of the 2004-2008 Collective Agreement, Addendum 1, for which a current member completes the courses necessary before January 1, 2011, or (iii) all basic and additional qualifications on the teachers' Ontario College of Teachers' Certificate of Qualifications.

Minor Subject Area means (i) all minor subject area qualifications recorded in the teacher’s personal history file maintained at the Board Office as of December 31, 2019. (ii) all basic and additional qualifications at an Intermediate or Senior level on the teachers’ Ontario College of Teacher’s Certificate of Qualifications, and 1. a subject area listed exclusively on Regulation 176/10 Schedule A (Ontario College of Teachers Act), in which a teacher has successfully completed at least three (3) full university courses or six (6) semestered university courses; or 2. a subject area listed exclusively on Regulation 176/10 Schedule D (Ontario College of Teachers Act), in which a teacher has completed at least Part I of a three-part qualifying Ministry of Education course; or 3. a subject area listed on Regulation 176/10 Schedule D (Ontario College of Teachers Act), that is also listed on Regulation 176/10 Schedule A (Ontario College of Teachers Act), in which a teacher has successfully completed at least three (3) full university courses or five (5) semestered university courses. It is agreed that any completed Additional Qualification course, related to the subject area being considered in this article, shall equate to a semestered university course (including the Additional Basic Qualification / Additional Qualification course used in L1.1(d) (ii); or

  • Unimproved Real Property means Property in which the Company has an equity interest that was not acquired for the purpose of producing rental or other operating income, that has no development or construction in process and for which no development or construction is planned, in good faith, to commence within one (1) year.

  • Developed Land means all Developable Land of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries which is undergoing active development or is ready for vertical construction.

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.

  • Geologically hazardous areas means areas that because of their susceptibility to erosion, sliding, earthquake, or other geological events, are not suited to the siting of commercial, residential, or industrial development consistent with public health or safety concerns.

  • Subject Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Permit area means the area constituted by the blocks that are the subject of a permit;

  • Area of shallow flooding means a designated AO or AH Zone on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) with one percent or greater annual chance of flooding to an average depth of one to three feet where a clearly defined channel does not exist, where the path of flooding is unpredictable and indeterminate; and where velocity flow may be evident. Such flooding is characterized by ponding or sheet flow.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Concession Area means particulars of the area as more particularly described in Form A of West Bengal Minor Minerals (Auction) Rules, 2016.
