Missed Collection means any failure of Contractor to collect In-Scope PPP that has been set out by a Customer on the Customer’s scheduled collection day by the appointed set out time.
Missed Collection means the failure of Contractor to provide recycling collection at a designated collection stop within the Collection Hours on the Scheduled Collection Day.

A missed collection is defined as a failure of the contractor to provide solid waste materials collection service to a residential property within the collection route during collection hours on the day scheduled for route collection.
