Model Procedure definition

Model Procedure means the Centre for Dispute Resolution Model Mediation Procedure
Model Procedure. The model procedure as set out by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution;

  • The risk assessment shall be prepared in accordance with the Contaminated Land report Model Procedure (CLR11) and Contaminated Land Exposure Assessment (CLEA) framework, and other relevant current guidance.

  • Failure to observe the code of conduct could lead to action being taken under the Schools’ Model Procedure for Misconduct relating to School Staff.

  • Unless the parties agree otherwise, the mediation shall be conducted in accordance with the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution Model Procedure for Mediation of Business Disputes in effect on the date of this Agreement by a mediator mutually selected by the parties.

  • If, within thirty (30) days after such meeting, the Parties have not succeeded in negotiating a resolution of the dispute, they agree to submit the dispute to mediation in accordance with the then-current Model Procedure for Mediation of Business Disputes of the Center for Public Resources and to bear equally the costs of the mediation.

  • The Model Procedure will be amended to take account of any other agreement which the parties may enter in relation to the conduct of the mediation.

  • If the parties are unable to resolve the Dispute, either party may submit the Dispute for resolution by mediation pursuant to the Center for Public Resources Model Procedure for Mediation of Business Disputes as then in effect.


More Definitions of Model Procedure

Model Procedure means CEDR’s Model Mediation Procedure and Contract.

Related to Model Procedure

  • Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolving disputes as set out in Clause 17 (Dispute Resolution);
