Model Procedure definition

Model Procedure means the Centre for Dispute Resolution Model Mediation Procedure
Model Procedure. The model procedure as set out by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution;
Model Procedure has the meaning given in Clause 20.4;

  • The risk assessment shall be prepared in accordance with the Contaminated Land report Model Procedure (CLR11) and Contaminated Land Exposure Assessment (CLEA) framework, and other relevant current guidance.

More Definitions of Model Procedure

Model Procedure means CEDR's Model Mediation Procedure and Contract.
Model Procedure means the CEDR Model Mediation Procedure;
Model Procedure means the Centre for Dispute Resolution Model Mediation Procedure “month(s)” a calendar month and “monthly” shall be interpreted accordingly;
