Modifications Committee definition

Modifications Committee or "MC" shall mean the Modifications Committee referred to in Article X, Section 2 of the Declaration.
Modifications Committee. (“MC”) shall mean the committee appointed by the Board of Directors having exclusive jurisdiction over modifications, additions, or alterations made on or to existing Lots or structures containing Lots and the open space, if any, appurtenant thereto.
Modifications Committee means and refer to that certain Committee of the Association as empowered in accordance with Article 9 hereof
