Modifications Committee definition

Modifications Committee or "MC" shall mean the Modifications Committee referred to in Article X, Section 2 of the Declaration.

Modifications Committee means the committee established under Article- VIII hereof to review and approve or deny modifications, alterations, renovations or reconstruction of the exterior of Residential Units or Lots.
