Monitoring and Evaluation Manual definition

Monitoring and Evaluation Manual means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 3.05 of this Agreement and referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, outlining monitoring and evaluation procedures and guidelines to be followed in the implementation of the Project;
Monitoring and Evaluation Manual or “M&E Manual” means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 6.01 (e) (iv) of this Agreement and referred to in paragraph A.2 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, which shall include the criteria, policies, requirements and procedures for the monitoring and evaluation of the Project performance indicators, as such plan may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association;
Monitoring and Evaluation Manual means the monitoring and evaluation manual dated May 2004 adopted by the Recipient for the PNDP I, to be updated by the Recipient pursuant to Section 5.01 (b) of this Agreement, outlining the monitoring and evaluation arrangements for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior written consent of the Association, and such term includes any schedules to such manual.
