Monthly Capacity Price definition

Monthly Capacity Price means, as applicable, the Monthly RA Capacity Price or the Monthly Energy Capacity Price.
Monthly Capacity Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(1). “Moody’s” shall mean Xxxxx’x Investors Service Inc. or its successor.
Monthly Capacity Price means and is calculated as a percentage of the Annual Capacity Price (“Monthly Capacity Price Factor”) as shown on Table 4.2 below. For example, the Monthly Capacity Price Factor for May is 5%; therefore, the Monthly Capacity Price for May is 5% of the Annual Capacity Price. Subsequently, the Monthly Capacity Payment is the product of the Monthly Capacity Price and the Commitment Level for months when a Notice of DR Event was not provided by Buyer. For months when Buyer provides a Notice of DR Event, the Monthly Capacity Payment is calculated as shown in Section 4.2.1 below. More Definitions of Monthly Capacity Price

Monthly Capacity Price means, for any Showing Month, the “Monthly Capacity Price” applicable to such Showing Month set forth in Appendix 10.02, which such price applies to all Generating Units.
Monthly Capacity Price shall be $[To be inserted]/kW-month. [SCE Comment: may require additional description if escalation or price shaping is applicable.] Exclusive Rights. During the Delivery Period, SCE shall have exclusive rights to the Product and all benefits derived therefrom, including the exclusive right to use, market or sell the Product and the right to all revenues generated from the use, sale or marketing of the Product. During the Delivery Period, Seller grants, pledges, assigns and otherwise commits to SCE all of the Product which may be used to meet RA Compliance Obligations under any Resource Adequacy Rulings. SCE’s Re-Sale of Product. SCE shall have the exclusive right to use, market or sell the Product and any associated rights, in each case, acquired under this Agreement and the right to all revenues generated from this use, sale or marketing. If SCE re-sells all or a portion of the Product and any associated rights acquired under this Agreement (“Resold Product”), Seller agrees, and agrees to cause the Storage Unit’s SC to: Follow SCE’s instructions and the CAISO Tariff with respect to providing such Resold Product to subsequent purchasers of such Resold Product. Take all commercially reasonable actions and execute any and all documents or instruments reasonably necessary to allow such subsequent purchasers to use such Resold Product. Seller acknowledges and agrees that if SCE incurs any liability to any purchaser of such Resold Product due to the failure of Seller or the Storage Unit’s SC to comply with the terms of this Agreement, and Seller would have had liability to SCE under this Agreement for such failure had SCE not sold the Resold Product to a subsequent purchaser, then Seller shall be liable to SCE under this Agreement, including pursuant to this Section 1.06, for the amounts it would have been liable to SCE for had such Resold Product not been sold to a subsequent purchaser.
Monthly Capacity Price means the price for each applicable Showing Month set forth in Section 1.04, as may be reduced pursuant to Section 3.07.
Monthly Capacity Price is the price as set forth in Appendix 9.02.means, as applicable, the Monthly RA Capacity Price or the Monthly Energy Capacity Price.

Related to Monthly Capacity Price

  • Capacity Utilization Factor or “CUF” shall have the same meaning as provided in CERC (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time; However, for avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that the CUF shall be calculated on the Contracted Capacity; In any Contract Year, if ‘X’ MWh of energy has been metered out at the Delivery Point for ‘Y’ MW Project capacity, CUF= (X MWh/(Y MW*8766)) X100%; Declared CUF for this Project shall be % (to be revised as applicable).

  • Excess Capacity means volume or capacity in a duct, conduit, or support structure other than a utility pole or anchor which can be used, pursuant to the orders and regulations of the Commission, for a pole attachment.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Average monthly discharge limitation means the highest allowable average of "daily discharges" over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all "daily discharges" measured during a calendar month divided by the number of "daily discharges" measured during that month. Compliance with fecal coliform bacteria or E coli bacteria limitations shall be determined using the geometric mean.

  • Generation Capacity Resource shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Generator Forced Outage means an immediate reduction in output or capacity or removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit by reason of an Emergency or threatened Emergency, unanticipated failure, or other cause beyond the control of the owner or operator of the facility, as specified in the relevant portions of the PJM Manuals. A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.

  • Nameplate capacity means the maximum electrical generating output (in MWe) that a generator can sustain over a specified period of time when not restricted by seasonal or other deratings as measured in accordance with the United States Department of Energy standards.
